I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with many monuments and good restaurants within walking distance. The staff were kind and always willing to help out. They went over and beyond to assist me, despite their lack of training. The gym was amazing and really cool.

Convenient location, close to monuments and restaurants. Friendly staff, though lacking training. Good for sightseeing. Clean and enjoyable bagel and coffee. Great gym. As a Bonvoy gold member, slightly disappointed.
